Whether you’re new to homeopathy or just curious about how the process works, here are answers to some of the most common questions clients ask. If you’re still unsure about anything, you’re always welcome to get in touch or book a free discovery call.

Q: What happens during a consultation?

Your first session lasts 90 minutes. We’ll explore your physical, mental, and emotional health to build a detailed picture of who you are and what you need.

Follow-up appointments last 30 to 60 minutes and are used to assess your response to the remedy and make any adjustments.

Consultations are available online or in person at my home clinic in Sydney.

Q: How many appointments will I need?

It depends on your health history and how long you’ve been unwell. Most clients start with 2–3 follow-ups spaced around four weeks apart. We’ll decide together what feels right for you as treatment progresses.

Q: Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes—please contact me as soon as you know.

  • No charge for cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • $25 late cancellation fee within 24 hours

  • Full fee applies for missed appointments without notice

Q: Can I contact you between sessions?

Absolutely. If you have questions or concerns, contact information@tonyfox-homeopathy.com, Monday to Friday.

I aim to respond within 24 hours.

Q: How will I receive my remedy?

  • In Australia: Remedies are supplied directly (AUD $30 including postage).

  • Outside these countries: I’ll provide a prescription with the name, potency, and dosage, along with details of a recommended supplier in your region.

Q: How do I take my remedy?

  • Pills: Tip 3 pills into the cap and drop them under the tongue. Let them dissolve naturally.

  • Liquid: Use the dropper to place 5–7 drops under the tongue.

  • LM Potencies: Follow the same instructions as with liquids.

Take your remedy at least 15 minutes away from food or drink.

Q: Are there any side effects?

Homeopathic remedies are highly diluted and gentle. Occasionally, you might experience a short-lived aggravation of symptoms, this is often a sign the remedy is stimulating your system.

If this continues or concerns you, contact me at info@tonyfoxtarot.com.

Q: Should I stop my other medications?

No. Homeopathy is safe to use alongside conventional medicine.

If your condition improves, speak with your GP or prescribing doctor before making any changes to prescribed medication.

Q: What are remedies made from?

Homeopathic remedies are made from natural sources—plants, minerals and occasionally animal or energetic substances. They’re diluted and potentised to a level that makes them safe and non-toxic.

Q: Can homeopathy help my condition?

Homeopathy treats the person, not the disease. It’s particularly helpful for people dealing with anxiety, burnout, chronic symptoms, or emotional challenges, especially when they feel conventional medicine hasn’t provided lasting relief.

Q: Can I treat myself with homeopathy?

For minor first aid or short-term acute issues, yes.

For anything more complex or chronic, I recommend working with a qualified practitioner to ensure you get the right remedy and support.
